Dani started her career as an runner, working at as many studios as she could in both London and New York, including Assault & Battery, Electric Lady and Room 17.
In early 2015 she gained a full time position at Assault & Battery as an assistant engineer, working alongside producers Flood, Alan Moulder and Catherine Marks.
Dani spent 18 months at Assault & Battery, cutting her teeth and absorbing as much knowledge as she could from some of the biggest names in the industry, an experience which heavily influenced her methods of working and gave her the knowledge and confidence needed to be able to work in any kind of studio environment.
Dani left Assault & Battery in 2016 to become the in-house engineer at boutique North-West London studio Hoxa HQ, run by songwriter and producer Jimmy Hogarth.
During her time at Hoxa HQ Dani worked with Hogarth on many records and with a wide range of artists, including Noel Gallagher, Baxter Dury and David Holmes.
Dani is now a freelance engineer and mixer but continues to work at Hoxa HQ frequently and cites it as one of her favourite studios in London.
Most recently Dani has been working on albums for Blanco White, Malena Zavala, The Amazons and Superego.
Since late 2019 she has also been working closely with producer/mixer Craig Silvey (Arcade Fire, Portishead, The Horrors) as his engineer. Their most recent clients include The Rolling Stones, Jarvis Cocker and Julien Baker.
