DANI BENNETT SPRAGG
Recording Engineer & Mixer

Dani started her career working as a runner in a variety of studios in both London and New York before gaining a full time position as an assistant engineer at Assault & Battery Studios in 2015, working alongside producers/mixers Flood and Alan Moulder.
Dani spent 18 months at Assault & Battery, cutting her teeth and absorbing as much knowledge as she could from some of the biggest names in the industry, an experience which heavily influenced her working methods and gave her the knowledge and confidence needed to be able to work in any studio environment.

In 2016 Dani became the in-house engineer at boutique London studio Hoxa HQ, run by songwriter/producer Jimmy Hogarth. During her time at Hoxa HQ Dani worked with Hogarth on many records and with a number of other producers and artists, including Steve Mackey, John Parish, David Holmes and Ash Workman.
In late 2019 Dani moved from Hoxa HQ to Toast Studios (home of producer/mixer Craig Silvey) to become Craig's engineer & mix assistant. Dani has worked with Craig on countless records since then and although she is no longer his assistant, they continue to collaborate as a producer/engineer duo and also co-mix many of the productions that they work on together.

Dani now primarily works out of her own mix room in West London.
